4000 Series Maximum Duty Mixers
The 4000 Series are a heavy duty range of mixers specifically engineered for high energy mixing applications. Mixer drives are fitted with oversize output shafts for maximum strength, dry wells to prevent lubrication leakage, oversized bearings for optimum load handling / lower maintenance and pumped lubrication systems for oil and thermal distribution. Belt drives, VSD's, gas addition rotary unions and other peripherals can be fitted to the 4000 Series with minimal alteration.
The 4000 Series is also available in compact bottom entry designs for specialist applications.
